Roger, GOODMAN


Roger specializes in strategic planning and coaching in technology and the project management of its implementation. He is recognized as a master of team management and leadership who generates powerful, successful teams - an ingredient vital to the success of any project.
Roger is an authority on the sales, procurement, logistics and manufacturing areas of ERP solutions and the implementation process and project requirements of I.T. based ERP solutions. His experience includes managing projects in the manufacturing, distribution and health industries in both New Zealand and Australia. He has worked with major consulting firms like, Price Waterhouse - Coopers and Ernst and Young (in their SAP practices), IBM Australia and Abbott Laboratories. He has recently conducted trainings at Bonlac Foods, Petronas, Sapura Telecommunications among others. In addition Roger has trained extensively in China, Hong Kong and Singapore for with DataCraft-Asia.

Stephen, HARRISON


Stephen Harrison began his career in software development and system support, subsequently developing an interest and skills in process and project management. Committed to working with people and encouraging their success, Stephen places a focus on developing organisational and individual effectiveness. As a catalyst, he works with organizations and individuals to “facilitate change with reduced pain”.
Equipped with a background in strategic aspects of organizations developed through his six year role as director of the Project Management Institute, a NZ$70 million, 110,000 member professional association, Stephen has worked with organizations in developing capabilities in strategic and project management. He is also experienced in conducting extensive training throughout the Asia Pacific region and North America, coaching individuals within a business setting, and as a speaker focusing on individual and organizational effectiveness, especially amidst chaos and change.

Dr. Christopher Kok-Hwee, KOH


Christopher Koh is an associate partner of Artemis and has led several executive development programs for both the public and private sectors. His clients include government organizations, financial institutions and global corporations. He is also a senior faculty member at the Citibank Asia-Pacific Banking Institute, involved in the design and delivery of executive development programs for Citibank and correspondent banks in South East Asia.
A certified Kepner-Tregoe instructor for Project Management, he leads strategy formulation and implementation workshops (based on the Balanced Scorecard) for top management of large multinational corporations. Christopher also conducts training needs analysis and Train-The-Trainer programs to increase the internal training capacity of client organizations. His consulting work includes Northern Telecoms (now Nortel), Hewlett Packard, General Motors (USA) and Chrysler (USA).

Guan Mong, TAY


Guan Mong is an Associate Partner of Artemis and has worked closely with us on numerous projects. With over 16 years of experience in the business and information technology industry, Guan Mong devoted more than ten years in management consulting and related end-to-end solutions in business performance management and measurement. Today he is a recognised leader in the fields of Balanced Scorecard and performance management.
Guan Mong has conducted public and in-house training, seminars and workshops, and facilitated numerous local profit and not-for-profit organisations in building and implementing their Balanced Scorecards. His track record includes organisations like the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board, National Healthcare Group, a local Big Four Bank, Bax Global Asia Pacific, MMI Holdings, SUT Sakra, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Economic Development Board, National Science & Technology Board.

Miti, WE


Miti is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and conducts workshops in project and change management. She also consults in the development and implementation of company-specific project management infrastructure for global corporations and government organizations.
Miti has previously worked as the Project Portfolio Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO) for business infrastructure, Nokia Asia Pacific. During her tenure, she developed and implemented a Project Manager Competence Path and standardized the quality processes and metrics for projects. She was also a key member of the Global Y2K team. With work experience in Finland, Japan, Korea, China, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, and Australia, Miti brings a truly global perspective into her trainings.
